The front desk team was amazing, always happy to help, very patient, went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Always smiling, very authentic and empathetic. We interacted frequently with Valeri (I believe this was her name) soooo friendly. Thank you. Also, when we were in the room, we were frequently visited and asked if we needed more coffee and offered chocolate - very special.

construction ongoing outside room so no natural light, and no ability to bring fresh air into the room - door to outside was locked and no window.
