As an extensive traveler, I must say our experience at [Hotel Name] was fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, the front desk staff was outstanding, and the housekeeping team was very helpful whenever we needed assistance. However, a few small refinements could take the experience to the next level.
Firstly, the hot water in the bathroom took about 30 seconds to heat up, which isnât a big issue, but when stepping in during the chilly February weather, a quicker response time would be great. Additionally, if one person showers before the other, the second person experiences a brief burst of hot water for a few seconds, followed by cold water, before the hot water returns again after another 20-30 seconds. A small fix here would make showers more seamless.
We also noticed that the water dispenser on our floor (4th) was discharging dirty water at one point. We informed the staff, and they assured us their team would check on it. Perhaps a proactive approach, like staff regularly tasting the water from all dispensers, could help ensure consistency.
Housekeeping was generally good, but there were a few minor oversights. Used amenities like lotion, vanity kits, and specific tea flavors werenât always replaced during daily cleaning. While there were other tea options available, it would be great if the ones we had used were replenished. Typically, five-star hotels replace toiletries each time they clean, so adding this touch would enhance the experience. Additionally, our balcony (room 407) had some cobwebs with flies trapped in themâagain, a very small thing but one that could be easily addressed.
Lastly, a small but practical suggestion: guests need to climb stairs with their luggage to reach the reception. Allowing access through the restaurant, with a clear signboard directing guests to the elevator, would make arrival smoother, especially for those with heavy bags.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay, and these little enhancements would elevate the experience from great to exceptional. Looking forward to returning!
