I made reservation for 3 people, when I arrived the restaurant on time, a waiter took me to a table which only contained culinary for 2 people and say he will bring another culinary. Itâs pretty unbelievable this happens in a Michelin recommend restaurant and I didnât expect such unprofessional service. Also, we requested another table which next to window and can see the river view, but the waiter told us itâs booked by others, however, till the time we left the table was still empty for no one. Food is great but considering the service, I wonât go back nor recommend it to any of my friend.

Itâs better to tell guest and confirm if they want it or not when you offer turn-down service at check-in. I didnât expect someone come in my room when my luggage is open and unpacked when Iâm not in the room.

Sehr gut mÃ¶glich mit dem Rollstuhl ins zimmer zu kommen. Das zimmer ist etwa klein mit Rollstuhl. Vorallem da es noch einen Stuhl und Tischchen darin hatte. Es hatte auf beiden Seiten vom Bett Steckdosen was wir gut finden. Die Kaffeeauswahl war super haben wir so noch nie gesehen.

We loved the location, the higher end toiletries and the common space where we could gather with friends. We also appreciated the early check in. The only negative was the size of the bathroom, specifically the shower.

Kom je de eerst keer naar Luzern dan zit je met dit hotel op de juiste plaats. In de oude stad, dichtbij de winkels, dichtbij het meer, en dus dichtbij allerlei openbaar vervoer, trein, bus, boot, en een goede invalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. je hebt geen auto nodig om te verkennen.

Nicht zum ersten Mal, hat es aufs neue nicht geklapt mit der Tischreservierung, trotz wir schon viele Jahren Ihr Restaurant besucht haben. Zu Folge habe ich gesagt es reicht, Reservierung storniert uns sonst wo ausgezeichnet gegessen. Einmal Probleme ist ok, jedesjahr das gleiche macht es nicht mehr interessant

The view and location was the best part. We stayed at another hotel on our last night that had a better price and was twice as large. The breakfast was also more reasonable. We did like having the ability to get water & ice. We would not stay here again nor would we recommend it to anyone.

Very expensive for what you got. We only wanted eggs, toast & coffee and the ala carte seemed the better option but was not considered you were charged for a second cup of coffee and for honey for the toast.

There was nowhere to unpack, nowhere to store our suitcases. The writing desk was a waste of space in the room and would have been better to have that room to store luggage. We lived out of our suitcase for 3 days and it was hard to move everything around to get the balcony doors open.

Since the room didnt have a refill of our coffee or enough cream, we went to the bar and had to buy coffee and was charged 3 Swiss franks more for cream on the side. Ridiculous.
