construction ongoing outside room so no natural light, and no ability to bring fresh air into the room - door to outside was locked and no window. Air conditioning was very noisy and despite switching it off it kept coming back on during the night. Did not get a good night sleep on neither of the nights

Beautiful hotel on the water. The staff was friendly and the room was beautiful. The only downside was a bit of construction, but that didn’t really effect our stay.

Too much furniture in the room with the sofa bed opened up. It felt like an obstacle course. I would recommend removing some tables/chairs when the bed is open. They weren’t usable anywaybecause it was so crowded.

The hotel is lovely and in a terrific location for exploring Lucerne and accessing the trains and busses. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable.

Room was comfortable. Only one of eight of the USB ports in the room was operationl. This was reported to housekeeping however the problem was not repaired. The front desk personal were able to prove a power adapter which accomodated our needs. The toilet paper is substandard for a hotel at this price point.

The location here is the best. Although they were going under construction, it really didn’t affect our stay at all. The staff here are outstanding and very helpful with directions. I would definitely stay here again.
