Our Restaurant Balances is exceptionally popular with guests and locals alike. The reasons are many: our high-flying chefs Andy Fluri and Niko Eichner are a true culinary artist – and recipient of 14 Gault&Millau points. They and their team serve up inspirational creations at lunchtime and in the evening. Their French-Mediterranean cuisine is a delightful experience featuring fine aromas and variations from around the globe.


The setting rounds off the enjoyable experience perfectly: the wonderful location directly on the river Reuss, the historical flair in harmony with modern design, and the relaxed, stylish atmosphere. Not forgetting our attentive waiting staff. We look forward to your visit!
