Comfortable beds and bathroom. Nice touch to have the extra converter for our use. The balcony was delightful! The room arrangement could be more efficient as the club chair was in the way much of the time. Also, with having to dry your hair outside the bathroom, it might have been nice to have a dressing table with mirror.

To be honest, I was worried before I arrived at the hotel as it is built in the 16th century. But it was such a delight when I arrived and stayed. Al llegar bajo lluvia torrencial y con mucho equipaje (tambiÃ©n alertado antes de arribar) la atenciÃ³n fue desastrosa. Quedamos bajo la lluvia y sin nadie que bajara al menos con un paraguas. Y eso que las tres recepcionistas jÃ³venes nos veÃan desde las camaras de seguridad. Posteriormente Raquel se hizo cargo de nuestra atenciÃ³n y fue mÃ¡s personalizada y gentil. Agradecemos su tiempo y buena disposiciÃ³n asÃ como la de Dervis en el sector de housekeeping. El hotel no ofrece servicio de conserjeria y el resto del personal casi no saluda ni se interesa en lo mÃ¡s mÃnimo por tu comodidad y estadÃa. De nuevo, un hotel 3 estrellas, pero al venir todos los aÃ±os un mes q Suiza al menos a diferentes regiones hemos notado una gran caÃda en la atenciÃ³n post pandemia, casi al nivel del Reino Unido post Brexit.

Afortunadamente la gerencia respondiÃ³ de inmediato y nos asignaron una habitaciÃ³n de esquina con buena vista y varias ventanas. Great location and excelent view from the room. They had to change our room vecause the A/C was not working, so it was an unconfortable situation. The staff could be more polite or friendly, we didn't even recieve an apology. The restaurant was amazing, we had a great dinner in the terrace next to the lake. Very complete breakfast.

Instructions for how the control for the shower works are needed. We had a lot of difficulty working this out particularly as it is quite fiddly and even when you know how it works it is not easy to get the temperature right.

Hotel in an excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent atmosphere, we really enjoyed it. Parking is expensive and problematic, but the staff is so nice and tries so hard that it is worth it and fun to stay at the hotel.
