The hotel is lovely and in a terrific location for exploring Lucerne and accessing the trains and busses. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable.

Room was comfortable. Only one of eight of the USB ports in the room was operationl. This was reported to housekeeping however the problem was not repaired. The front desk personal were able to prove a power adapter which accomodated our needs. The toilet paper is substandard for a hotel at this price point.

The location here is the best. Although they were going under construction, it really didnât affect our stay at all. The staff here are outstanding and very helpful with directions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of old town, Lucerne. The entrance to the hotel is probably the most photographed spot in all of old town. We stayed in a large romantic suite, the balcony and a view of the river highly recommend.

Wir haben einen sehr guten Eindruck vom Hotel sowie von dem Restaurant. Wir wollten kein FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck zu CHF 35.- pro Person sondern Ã la card bestellen, was nicht mehr mÃ¶glich war. Mein Mann hat am Telefon aus versehen mit FrÃ¼hstÃ¼ck reserviert, was uns sofort auf die Kreditkarte verbucht wurde und nicht mehr mÃ¶glich war, es zu stornieren. Wir mussten um 8:15h im Kantonspital Augenklinik sein und da wir von ZÃ¼rich kommmen, haben wir bei euch einen Tag zuvor Ã¼bernachtet.
