Very good location of the hotel overall. Most things were at 10 to 15 minutes of distance at maximum.

I want to make emphasis on this point. ALL female staff was very attentive and diligent. I cannot say the same for the male staff. From the buttons, front desk and specially the hotel restaurant, the attention and friendliness male staff provided was not friendly at all and falls into rudeness.

When making the reservation I stated my wife and myself we're vegetarian, the front desk lady confirm this with the restaurant before reserving and when we got to our table the chef sent a "suprise" of tuna fish which was not pleasent, as well as the experience with our table waiter, he did not provided any attention, when my wife asked for a bread basket he brought 2 pieces of bread to the table. He would not bring us water, saying "he forgot", did not announce the kitchen was closing in case we were interested in dessert. I would not recommend the restaurant just because of the waiter experience. The coliflower soup and Pad Thai were good and jummy.

I am very familiar with Lucerne so the location was ideal for me. However, i could see where a new comer to Luzern could struggle to find their way to the Hotel. Although the big sign on the building should be sufficient for people to locate the hotel. also, it's location allows for quiet evenings (no street noise)

Es war sehr enttÃ¤uschend. Ich habe das Romantikzimmer gebucht und mitgeteilt, dass es unsere Hochzeitsnacht wird. Als wir spÃ¤t in der Nacht im Zimmer ankamen, wurde jedoch die gesamte romantische Dekoration und die speziellen Dinge, die ich gebucht hatte, vergessen. Gerade weil ich erwÃ¤hnt habe, dass ich heirate, hÃ¤tte man doch doppelt darauf achten mÃ¼ssen, dass alles klappt. Es war wirklich sehr schade, und die Ãberraschung ist leider total geplatzt.

I had a great time. Would have been much better without the construction. They kept making loud noises late in the day. At one point I had to ask the receptionist at 8:30 pm to ask the contractor to stop cutting tiles right below our room.

We asked the hotel staff about sending the luggage from the hotel to station or station to station. The staff didnât know anything and didnât try to help us at all!! We asked many times, more than 10 times that could you please help us to find the answer or make a phone call to ask since our phone cannot make a call in Switzerland. However, they kept saying that they could not help us, we had to find our own way to help ourselves. We did not expect to receive the poor service from the hotel.

Wirklich charmante Umgebung und man ist mitten in der Altstadt. Vom Hauptbahnhof Luzern sehr einfach auch fuÃlÃ¤ufig erreichbar. Man geht nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten.

SchÃ¶n ausgestattete Zimmer in gepflegtem Zustand. Platz ist etwas knapp bemessen, aber dennoch ausreichend. Sehr gute Betten sorgen fÃ¼r einen angenehmen Schlaf. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das nahe gegenÃ¼berliegende GebÃ¤ude. Der Ausblick auf der anderen GebÃ¤udeseite wÃ¤re auch spannend gewesen. Diesen tollen Ausblick hat man zumindest vom FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksbereich bzw. dem Restaurant.
