Die Bemühungen der Rezeption noch eine annehmbare Lösung für einen Tisch zum Abendessen zu bekommen, war bescheiden.

Während des Frühstücks machte ein Mitarbeiter permanenten Krach (Löffel auf Teller geschmissen ???) und die Mitarbeitenden waren mehr damit beschäftigt ihre Schichtpläne zu besprechen - ansonsten entsprach das Frühstücksbuffet dem Schweizer Standard, aber nicht mehr.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Lucerne. L'hôtel est propre et très bien situé. Il y a beaucoup de services proposés. La cuisine du restaurant est absolument délicieuse. Toutefois, l'amabilité du personnel n'est pas au maximum et nous avions souvent l'impression de déranger. Le personnel ne s'est pas vraiment intéressé à nous (peut être en raison de la barrière de langue ?)

Nous sommes français et, hélas, le personnel en restauration n'a pas toujours fait l'effort de nous comprendre, alors que mon mari parle plutôt bien l'anglais. Le personnel d'accueil était plutôt souriant mais il n'en va pas de même pour le restaurant. Nous avions l'impression de déranger. Les serveurs et le personnel ne se sont pas vraiment intéressé à nous. Je trouve que cela manque d'échange et de communication. & de sourire !

Loved our stay at this hotel. We are very particular about cleanliness especially as it's away from home, and we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness. We never had to raise any issues. The room service were swift. Breakfast was amazing! The team at the breakfast were friendly too. Love the lounge with the fire place downstairs, a nice cosy and beautiful place. Amazing interiors and exteriors, and you cannot beat the location. We had a great time here, and would recommend anyone considering this hotel should not think twice and just book it. If we are ever back in lucerne, this is the place we will stay at again, and we don't say this lightly!

Everything about our stay was incredible. The rooms and views were beautiful and clean. The restaurant (breakfast and dinner twice) was delicious - there wasn't a single thing we tasted that wasn't excellent. The bar staff and service was prompt and friendly, gladly delivering drinks and snacks to us as we relaxed in the lobby. Everyone from the desk staff, valet, and the restaurant/bar staff were so incredibly welcoming, kind, and hospitable. We could not have loved our stay. more!

Excellent facility which reminded me of the old says of customer service and a focus on meeting the needs of the client. Various small amenities (coffee selection, ice machine, water machine, shoe horn, stationary, chocolates at night, etc...) were very nice touches and added to the overall experience and stay. Had a view of the town which was nice and room was as advertised.
