Wir waren mindestens schon 5 mal im Hotel und hatten jedes mal ein Zimmer mit Reuss sicht. Diese Zimmer sind leiser, etwas größer und haben einen größeren Duschbereich. Dieses mal hatten wir leider Pech mit dem Zimmer.

Im Ganzen ist das Hotel sehr gepflegt, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Küche stimmt, d.h. soweit alles bestens. Nach wie vor sind wir enttäuscht, dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt, wie in einem anderen Hotel ein normales kleines Frühstück ohne Abzählen zu geniessen.

Overall experience was great, minimalist aesthetics which I loved, tastefully decorated, great restaurant and breakfast. Some people in the restaurant at breakfast not too friendly , though we are from Australia we are not Caucasians and felt the attitude towards us by some member of the team not all was not great and could see the difference.

I made reservation for 3 people, when I arrived the restaurant on time, a waiter took me to a table which only contained culinary for 2 people and say he will bring another culinary. It’s pretty unbelievable this happens in a Michelin recommend restaurant and I didn’t expect such unprofessional service. Also, we requested another table which next to window and can see the river view, but the waiter told us it’s booked by others, however, till the time we left the table was still empty for no one. Food is great but considering the service, I won’t go back nor recommend it to any of my friend.

Kom je de eerst keer naar Luzern dan zit je met dit hotel op de juiste plaats. In de oude stad, dichtbij de winkels, dichtbij het meer, en dus dichtbij allerlei openbaar vervoer, trein, bus, boot, en een goede invalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. je hebt geen auto nodig om te verkennen.
