Good, I would say. On the last evening of my stay, which was part of a tour for the Lucerne Festival, I became ill and could not make the dinner for which I had paid. The tour director asked the kitchen to send up some soup and a sandwich so I had something to eat. The hotel billed me for the light bite, which I found disappointing and less than accommodating.

Our room were close to the cleaning storage and the cleaners were loud and also touched our door every now and then when going in and out of the storage. It was very disturbing. We also asked for a table in the restaurant twice and we were met with a bad attitude and one time we asked the service staff that would ask the manager and no one replied back to us with an answer. Really rude! There was a really serviceminded bartender on Saturday evening and the breakfast staff were really sweet and service minded.

Lovely hotel n a great location. The breakfast was wonderful although they did sometimes fal to replenish offerings quickly busy days. I had a light dinner several nights after the concert. I loved being able to order a small portion and there were many vegetarian choices. Food was beautifully presented.

Sehr angenehm, allerdings recht teuer. besonders weil auch kein Frühstück inkludiert ist. -Wir haben ein kleines kontinentales Frühstück gegessen. Sehr zuvorkommende Bedienung, teilweise von früher bekannt. Das Essen nach dem Konzert könnte noch mehr Kleinigkeiten enthalten.

Wenn viel los ist, z.B. kurz vor Abreise einer Gruppe, kommt die Küche nicht hinterher, die Tellerchen am Buffet nachzulegen (Lachs, Käse, Wurst ...). Beim Käse fände ich persönlich schön, wenn es eine Auswahl z.B. von Hartkäse gäbe, ohne Brie/Weichkäse mit auf dem Tellerchen.

We had a wonderful stay! The evening lady and gentleman who came to our room every night with chocolates was a highlight of our children’s trip. Thank you! The rooms were nice and the view, of course, was excellent. Thank you for having us in our final days in Switzerland.

On the night of a sudden storm on the restaurant terrace most staff were calm and professional. One staff member (Asian appearance) was angry and using foul language within our hearing. Notice same lady serving another table the following night and she had a miserable face and bad attitude. This is the only exception. All other staff were wonderful

Het hotel ligt op een mooie locatie. Wel behoorlijk prijzig. Je verwacht dat het dan ook goed moet zijn. Door de slechte matras een slecht begin gehad, wel kregen we een andere kamer. Maar doordat je pas om half 3 slaapt heb je veel betaald voor een hele korte nacht. Er werd verder niets over gezegd toen we uit checkten, ook geen excuus of compensatie. Jammer.

Wir mögen Ihr Hotel sehr und haben es zur Tradition gemacht, jedes Jahr einmal zu kommen. Deshalb mache ich eine Ausnahme und schreibe diese Bewertung. Im Prinzip ist es sehr schön das alles traditionell und liebevoll gemacht ist. Die sehr schönen Details tragen dazu bei. Alle sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind hell und wir fühlen uns sehr wohl. Leider gibt es auch einigen Mängel, die Sie, aus meiner Sicht, bedenken sollten.
